Remove from ecosystem? #20

Since use v5 doesn't build anymore, and no-one is seemingly interested in reviving this project, perhaps it is a good idea to remove the module from the ecosystem.

You can do this easily by reverting this revert from an accidental commit that was intended to be a PR:

Aye, its successor is Inline::Perl5, so v5 can be removed from ecosystem.
