WSL from-source instructions need to list a fix #2

That looks something like this: https://github.com/nxadm/rakudo-pkg/blob/master/docker/fix_windows10

Preferably the instructions would include actual steps instead of just linking to that script.

This needs to be done on both Rakudo Star instructions and plain Rakudo

The "fix_windows10" link is dead, unfortunately.

@nxadm - is the file that was linked to here still relevant? do we need to address this or can we close this ticket?

The link was moved with rakudo-pkg v2 to https://github.com/nxadm/rakudo-pkg/blob/master/include/fix-windows10.

I don't use WSL/WSL2. It would be a good a idea to get some feedback from Windows users. In the past, rakudo did not on the WSL run without cleanup up libmoarvm.
