Tested on Chrome 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) snap (64-bit) on Ubuntu 18.04 x64

Repro:

Expected: issue-tracker list

Observed: 404 - Page Not Found. The URL is https://rakudo.org/star/issue-trackers, which does not exist. https://rakudo.org/issue-trackers does exist.

Also happens at https://rakudo.org/downloads/star - the issue-trackers link needs to be made relative to the document root, not the current folder.
