can't import many things #134

Hi, i'm following readme step by step installation and in the end, when im trying to launch UltraSinger i have some errors that ther is no ffmpeg, no tensorflow, so on so on. It's kindda frustrating that i need to install everything using pip install...

youneed to have git installed in path
