Update agp to 3.3.1 for faster build speed. #54

I realized that agp branch is no longer needed since master branch already has agp 3.0+. So, might as close it, and just use master branch.

@paulwang007 ahh yes that makes sense, i thought that it targeting master, i didn't even think about the old agp3 branch. i'll remove that one to avoid confusion in the future
