Added support for Launchpad mk2.

Unfortunately I have:

and this command hangs:

Will bring in person to @rakyll in case I'm doing something stupid.

@waprin, that hello world program is working against the Red-Green model. We need a separate example program for the MK2.

I am merging this and will send out another PR to improve.
