Details panel has properties too close together (catalogue item and items details)

Compare with The spacing should really be consistent between the details, properties and manufacturers tabs.

Also should remove the Notes heading and either have the actual notes or None displayed in the tab panel.

This is a bigger problem due us not have text character limits: Here are two possible solutions

• Add text wrapping for all text in IMS
• Set character limits and for static fields and Add text wrapping for dyanmic fields text in IMS
