Got the same with my OLED55C9PLA after installing Home Assistant Core 2024.6. Rale did say in https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/91709#issuecomment-1519128047 that the end point is not available on older TV's maybe the C9 is one of those.
I did test with the command luna-send -i 'luna://com.webos.service.acb/getForegroundAppInfo' '{"subscribe":true}'
which returns the full state of the media player but nothing in home assistant unfortunately.
I was able to fix this on my TV, but you need a rooted TV.
First off a thank you @rale for your work on this test branch, definitely made it a lot easier to do this with home assistant.
i am now getting my play/pause states! I forked this repo and made some changes if you want to give it a go, keep in mind that this needs a rooted tv and you will need run a few commands on it for it to work.

Can you help me to find out where can I learn how to doit, I have a c3 that’s works greatly with this fork, but my c1 not, and I have no Idea how to do it or how to verify if it will work on my c1

What part are you stuck on?
if rooting is foreign to you, start at https://rootmy.tv and read the documentation first.
If you succeeded with rooting this is the gist describing the steps, start with the tv commands part. https://gist.github.com/Kuchiru/55e1b509a85cbece056dc7196d5c7385#file-tv-commands
I’ve just testet your customer HACS integration on my LG OLED55C9PLA, webOS TV-Version 4.9.7-17, Software Version 05.30.40
