Linked headings for section references?

I was wondering whether we should be adding links to named references, like "In the Games System section".

Could be useful or cluttering.

I'll leave you to decide but if you want me to make a pass at that after the main pass, I'm happy to.

So far the obvious search terms seem to be 'section' and 'chapter'
