Landing page quirks and stamping out all forms of deviance #55

The landing page for SRDs is the README.md.

This is also the Intro chapter for CFI but MI has a duplicate file - _0001Introduction.md.

This is because the sidebar config is different between the two sites.

This is an 'issue' because the two docs in MI are currently formatted differently.

I think we should either reformat the MI README to match Introduction or change methods to be like CFI and use the same file.

I think the single file, CFI method is best.

README - renamed to Original_README in _assets 0001_Introduction - renamed to Original_0001_Introduction in _assets 0001_Introduction copied to root as README _sidebar.md edited to match CFI SRD: - [Introduction](README.md)
