Added AD146 #20

I've added the AD146 built-in dimmer. Still needs testing before the PR is accepted, but should hopefully be done within a few days. NL translation for some parts is also needed.

@ralfvd this code has now been tested. I've bumped up the version number and edited the README accordingly, can you please accept the PR and send the new version to Athom for approval? :smiley:
