Update runcutest #33

For octave version 4.2.2 lgfortran is needed otherwise there will be the error: mcutest: Error opening file OUTSDIF.d

I have no idea, the only Mac I have an M2 with gcc-14/gfortan-14. Maybe @dpo might have an idea?
