Update release.yml #193

I bumped the version of julia-actions and removed the Julia folder at each cross-compilation to not saturate the storage on GHA.

Thanks! I'm going to move the SPRAL docs over to github and do a new release asap.

@jfowkes How did you do the release message here?

Did you start by creating a release, copy-pasting the message, then adding a new tag with a shell comment? Once the new release was created, did you update the message that you previously saved?

I prepared the same script for GALAHAD, but I would like to create a README for Nick.

@amontoison I tagged the new version and did a push tags, this triggered the release.yaml GitHub Action which created the release. I then edited the release description by hand since it was basically empty.
