Remove Cirrus CI #210

The Cirrus CI builds are failing due to insufficient credits and add nothing because:

  1. GitHub actions already build on macOS arm64
  2. The Cirrus CI macOS builds are not run on arm64 hardware anyway
  3. No one actually uses FreeBSD

I therefore propose to remove them.
