Include manpage? #43

I intend to package squeezelite for Fedora. I notice that the Debian Project have written a manual page for squeezelite which they include in their package. Would you be interested in including this file in this repository so that it can be easily shared between the Fedora and Debian packages? I would be glad to prepare a pull request if so.

On a similar note, I also found that I needed the patches at https://anonscm.debian.org/git/collab-maint/squeezelite.git/tree/debian/patches/Makefile-tweaks.patch and https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=888335#14 in order to build successfully. Could these be incorporated?

Yes I will investigate including the manpage and those 2 patches this week.

I'ved applied the ffmpeg-4.0 patch and refactored the Makefile-tweaks patch to include the additional build options that were not apart of Triode's googlecode squeezelite. The debian squeezelite manpage is located in doc/. Note that the man page does not include the features added after Triode's 1.8 version.
