Bugfix: Wi-fi scan on Radio fails under later versions of wpa_supplicant #2

This is a possible change to net/Networking.lua that I have drafted and referenced in the issue report.

Herewith proposed change to wi-fi autoscanning, as discussed issue #1 .

And I've added a change to suppress 'hidden' SSIDs.
