Add new «large artwork» Now Playing mode to JogglerSkin #1

I've merged the large artwork NP mode as well as several other Joggler skin changes from jivelite, trying to keep them in sync. I'm still pushing squeezeplay changes from svn to git, so I'll close the merge request, but the changes are included at commits 3a5924666ab90ac33aec43745efdb2d6d0174940 and fd64ca9404deb0aa594c434ba7460e00dbe64e8c

I've uploaded a squeezeplay MacOS build r873 to https://sourceforge.net/projects/lmsclients/files/squeezeplay/osx/ which includes all these changes.
