One of the common problems new users of SwitchList encounter is that they often
generate too many cargos with too high a "cars per week" rate, and swamp a two
car siding with four cars a day of freight.
It shouldn't be too hard to automatically detect when the car rate is much
higher than the capacity of the siding, and suggest to the user that fewer cars
should be sent to a particular siding.
Potential user interfaces:
* Cargo wizard that checks your layout and hints when the cargo rates don't
match the siding rates or train rates.
* Provide warnings when cars overflow, with a link to suggest how to change the
incoming car rate.
