SwitchList on Mac OS X 10.5 (PowerPC) doesn't show switchlist icons. #39

With SwitchList 1.0.0:

Installing SwitchList on a PowerPC-based 10.5 machine (Powerbook G4 Aluminum) 
shows missing SwitchList icons.

Probable cause: double-size icons for App Store.  Looks like I need different 
icons with 10.5.

Changed makeDistribution in r409 to copy the old icon into place when making a 
non-App Store distribution.
