Better testing for HTML switchlists #68

We can't always tell if the HTML switch lists are working.  Consider some 
simple test harness that would allow loading a particular sample layout and 
template, and would

Render switch lists for all trains checking:
* that the train name appears in clear-text
* that WebView loads each without errors
* that each freight car number and initial appears in clear text
