Add way to see existing door location for a car. #8

Currently, SwitchList remembers the current door a car is located at, but the 
UI doesn't show that information.  That information could be important during 
layout setup in case a new car is going to take the space of an existing car at 
a specific location.

The UI should show what door the car is supposed to be at.
