"Due to the recently-announced restructuring at Mozilla, MOSS is not currently accepting applications and will not be making any new awards this year."

BTW, I am a Firefox user, but given https://calpaterson.com/mozilla.html it is unlikely that it will ever come back

Premature? The fund site says: "We are conducting a comprehensive review of the program and hope to share information about future award cycles in 2021."

1) it can be added back

2) maybe I am too pessimistic but right now FF is doing things like "Mozilla recently announced that they would be dismissing 250 people. That's a quarter of their workforce" ( https://calpaterson.com/mozilla.html ), wasting money on outrageous CEO pay and boondoggles while FF share continues to collapse and lack of any plan of not ending with utter collapse. And I am not aware about any part of that improving in any way. Though if one view this grants as unnecessary boondoggle for Mozilla, there is a decent chance that it will be funded :)
