* Fixed exception: revision 1dfc8ab763
* Highlight current chapter in the index: revision 312d299059

Merged those two revisions into integrate: revision f9cf79c592

This branch will remain open for future improvements.

TODO: clean cache when opening a book. If two books have a "titlepage.xml" then
you see the same on both.

I think that we could add a very simple quotes manager to Aranduka (so that you
can save your favourite quotes, linking them to books/authors, tag them, share
them on social networks, etc.). Would it be difficult to add the ePub viewer
(and any other viewer we may do in the future, like fb2) the hability to select
a sentence, right-click and have a "save this quote" option in a context menu,
that adds the quote to the database?

No, it wouldn't be hard, really.

DONE: remember the chapter we were viewing in a file. It doesn't keep the
scrollbar's position yet.
