Select file to delete #21

When a book has more than one file associated to it, the context menu should 
show a submenu with the files to delete. In this case the delete should be of 
the file only and not the whole book.

I think delete on the book means the whole book with all the files. You could 
delete individual files from the book's properties.

This needs thinking :-)

individual file removal.
