Shelf views, "books starting with..." #54

I downloaded a book called "!A Buenos Aires!..." and in the title shelf view it 
appears first (this is ok) in the shelf called "Books starting with: @". Maybe 
we could change the "@" to something else or, even better, ignore punctuation 
marks when sorting the books.
What do you think?

Yes, we should ignore punctuation marks and any non-alphanumeric characters, 
and remove that row.
