Add search capability to Manybooks.net Book Store #64

Manybooks.net allows you to search its database via this URL: 
http://www.manybooks.net/opds/search.php?q=%s

We should update the Book Store to allow searching books with this tool.

Actually the search method exists on the plugin code, but not in the UI. The 
same happens on Feedbook's plugin.

This commit provides a working implementation of search functionality in 
ManyBooks.net, Feedbooks and Archive.org book store plugins.

Well, this is actually finished, but I'm not being able to merge it to the 
integrate branch because when I want to pull the changes I get an "Error 414: 
Request-URI Too Large". From what I've seen this is a bug in Mercurial which 
patch hasn't been implemented by Google yet:
