ctrl + q without file save dialog

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ctrl + q

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
open the file save dialog if the file content was changed. the application
quits immediately.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r43, linux, kubuntu 9.10, kde sc 4.4rc2

Please provide any additional information below.
i think it would be better to get the file save dialog. :)
