enable/disable spellchecking #6

i installed python-enchant, as mentioned in the readme, for spellchecking.
is it possible to enable/disable spellchecking in the ui, or only with
installing/uninstalling python-enchant? or is there somewhere else?

Added shortcut for this in r33 (Ctrl+Shift+Y until I find a better one)

I am adding a combobox in the prefs "dialog" for selecting spellchecker 
language (or 
disabling it).
