no tool bar on OpenSUSE 11.2 #67

I tried to use Marave on OpenSUSE 11.2 but it did work for me. I have
attached the screen shot and the output for the problem.

I am using python-qt4 4.6.

Another thing when I open a file nothing happen and this shown in output:

one more thing the button of Extra preferences doesn't work at all. 
I think it is invisible to me at least.

Aha.. plugins icon doesn't be shown at all but configure is shown but doesn't 
work.

Clicking on that icon doesn't do anything visible?
Any errors printed on the terminal?
