Data persistence (Jeremy wants it in the prototype).

For our internal use (instead of using a database at this stage).

"Both the above approaches [for attendance monitoring] generate the same internal data representation, which is stored persistently in the system and may be viewed/edited later by tutor or course lecturer or admin."

Alternatively, could serialize objects?

Instead of a database for this prototype. << Guys there is this comment in the task. Anyone knows what that means?
