Repatriate data to data providers #106

We need to repatriate data to many of our data providers.  We will do this once 
we have finished all the geo-referencing (this is the value-addition we are 
providing) and once things become less busy- around the end of the year.  

For now, Kew wants their data repatriated as soon as possible. When geo-refing 
of Kew data is done, we need to send as soon as possible all records that 
source from Kew to Kew, because they are our donors and they want their data 
back soon.  When geo-refing is done, please download all data from 
"provider_institute_id" = "K" or "Kew_MSB"   and send to CK/NP.

To finish this task we need to upload any remaining digitized data  to sql and 
process the data.
