Make taxonomic data results downloadable

this would go along with the advanced search function also to build

from ruth: "This sugestion comes from the lady I am working with..She would 
like to be able to download the checklist data for example for all the CWR of 
'country'.  I can’t see any restrictions on this in terms of other people’s 
data.  If she was able to download data she could search it for example to pick 
out the different GP1/GP2 etc and  look at the references without having to 
look up each taxon individually.  Could you add this facility to the 
suggestions list for the website?
