changes to pre-breeding area

Hi Colin,

Do you think we could link to this on the CWR website? 
Luigi and I discussed and we agree now that we shouldn't remove the 'use 
section' entirely but rather convert it into more of a space where we can post 
useful information (such as a blurb about this piece) and a document repository 
for some of the outcomes of the consultations. So, it would be good if we could 
remove the section on the particular crops on the left side and instead just 
leave the bloggy area (call it perhaps simply 'posts') and then also leave the 
'resources' area. It would be good if we could then add a search function with 
which the blog entires could be searched (e.g. by crop name). Do you think this 
would work?
