Inventory- need an ongoing list of changes to species names #180

Hi Holly- 
each time that the name of a species gets changed (i.e a taxon_id is associated 
with a new validtaxonid, it would be SUPER helpful to know this is happening- 
tracked somewhere for us with the old name and new name and ids.  Can we agree 
to do this?
