Could you please share us the google docs in which Ovidio is working?

The uploaded files are in the directory: CWR 
website\Database\occurrence_data_ready\uploaded

metadata file is in CWR_occurrence_data gdoc.  It now has all the files we have 
uploaded thus far, apart from Gbif

I thought about this and worked on it in January, and have converted metadata 
so that now it is done by provider_institute_id (rather than by filename), as 
ownership, citation, etc. makes more sense divided by provider_institute_id. 
Current version in the CWR occurrence data providers googledoc
