Values should be G or H, anything different should be flagged and sent for 
verification

affirming (documenting).  of 2.9 million records, 11 did not have either H or 
G.  We assigned these to H.

excellent.

I don't know if it is convenient to create a google docs in which we can write 
all this kind of statistics. Maybe all those could be used for further 
documentation or any explanation of the process.

What do you think?

after forcing me to use gcode for so many months, you want to go back to gdocs? 
hahaha.  this seems like a fine place to document the changes to me (since it 
relates to each issue), unless there is some reason not to?  the actual change 
files are in dropbox so available to all as well. thanks
