Hungarian TTS-engine fails miserably with accents #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a text message with accented characters, such as ö, ü, í, é, ő,
ű, etc...
2. Try to read it out!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would be a continuous readout of the text. It sometimes
happens, but usually the software does one of the following things instead:
- Doesn't even read the accented character (mostly when it's the first letter
of a word)
- Breaks the word off after the letter and starts spelling out the rest of the
word.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest eSpeak with Android 2.2 on Samsung Galaxy S

Please provide any additional information below.
Official Hungarian accents are sometimes incompatible with the SMS character
set, therefore instead of ó, í, é, á the text sometimes contains
ò, ì, è and à and instead of ő it has ô.

Bionic is missing locale support. Compiling with an alternate NDK resolves this
issue.
