[OCR] Liblept on ocr component #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I downloaded the source ocr component from SVN
2. Compile the project under windows XP with Cygwin. Code is correctly compiled 
and shared libray liblept and liborc are created.
3. Try it on emulator and sometimes (not always) the application crashed during 
loadPixNative method. The problem seems regarding to pixaChangeRefcount on 
pixabasic.c. The same error occurs also working on my LG Optimus One. If I use 
the liblept present on SVN it works well. Any idea?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Library liblept would always work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Emulator 2.2, level 8.
Lg Optimus One, Froyo 2.2

May be fixed already. If not, re-file against tesseract-android-tools project
