Improve when f_VBF should be constant/floating #20

To change the value of f_VBF we can use this option:

If we need to make this constant then the following line should be un-commented

Current, we need to comment/uncomment manually. Fix this.

@ram1123 i enabled this option. please double check. changes have already updated on Git as well
