General comment: Did you run the crab job and check, if you get the expected output root file?

Yes, I got my output from ihep cluster.

Hi @ram1123 , beyond MELA, yaml-cpp does't work in cluster as well. == CMSSW: /srv/CMSSW_10_6_30/src/PhysicsTools/NanoAODTools/python/postprocessing/analysis/nanoAOD_skim/src/../interface/H4LTools.h:10:10: fatal error: 'yaml-cpp/yaml.h' file not found == CMSSW: #include "yaml-cpp/yaml.h"
