checked run2 framework, where the gap pf EE & EB was not taken considering as an eta cut for Ele or gamma.

checked run2 framework, where the gap pf EE & EB was not taken considering as an eta cut for Ele or gamma.

We have to apply this cut. There is only one condition we can't if we optimize our SF for both ID and trigger in this region only then we should not.

So, before closing we need to confirm whether ID and Trigger both is optimized for this or not.
