Support EM emulation #14

allow OpenHab to simulate an EM, by providing readonly channels for the relays (0...100% variant is sufficient, ON/OFF can be done by transformations)

and writeable channels for the resistance, depending on the transmitted configuration other types of channels

[x] support switch types
[x] support Fernversteller directly
