West African stocks of chub mackerel currently listed as Scomber japonicus. These (and any other Atlantic mackerel stocks) should be Scomber colias instead. Only Pacific chub mackerel stocks should be Scomber japonicus

This has been resolved with RAM v4.50. The suggested changes were implemented.
