check value of VB-k-cm/T for ANCHOSA #116

for MARAM-ANCHOSA-1949-2019-deMoor, value of 2.13 is much higher than that in previous assessments, and near the max observed across all stocks. Might be OK, but should check - may have been entered in the incorrect field?

Checked and it appears fine, the growth function shapes are similar.
