7 years ago Seems to be the case since this doesn't look to be an issue still with US stocks now that we have ERmsybest instead of a Umsytouse (so no more F inclusion).

Pasting from Ray's email: Lots of west coast US groundfish have UMSY > 0.8 -- probably an issue with F translating into U.
