We have a new lincod assessment LINGCODPCOAST

This has replaced separate N and S. Coast assessments LINGCODNPCOAST and LINGCODSPCOAST but those two still show as "most recent".

The combined-area version has been removed since it came from the same assessment as the two-area entries we have.
