Portfolio US overfished stocks.pdf

would it be possible to keep the stock pdfs as single named pdfs and then bundle them as a portfolio (see the attached pdf as an example) so that it is easy to locate them by name? Because I would need to circulate these QAQC to different people it would be much simpler for them to find the stocks if the list was available as in the attached pdf.
