Assessor and management authority for Japanese stocks #53

This is a minor issue. “Assessor” for all Japanese stocks should be “Fisheries Agency and Fisheries Research Agency of Japan”, and “Management Authority” should be “Fisheries Agency of Japan”. They are input in an opposite way in the current version.
