About exclusive control on Linux platform

now, the exclusive control function is not available on Linux platform, and it 
is a big absence for ostinato i think.
When is it available?

@zhangen: At this moment, I don't have a definite timeline for when it will be 
available. If you or someone else would like to take a shot at implementing it, 
I would be willing to help.

Ok, I will try to do it, and add some new functions, such as make it can parse 
PCAP files.
Can i become a member of this project?

For exclusive control, see if you can find a solution that works for all *nix - 
if you find one, this will take care of not just Linux but also BSD and Mac OS 
X.

You can create a server side clone of the repository for your development.

PCAP file import/export is already in the works and this will be available in 
the next release.

when will the new version be released? if soon, I will push much effort on 
exclusive control, otherwise, I have to do PCAP related works again.

@zhangen: Next release 0.4 containing pcap import/export will probably be out 
in April - although this is not a fixed date.
