Display more fields in the stream definition page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bring up main screen with stream definitions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Other columns would appear including frame rate, source mac, dest mac, src ip, 
dest ip, vlan, slan, cos,...etc.  Maybe fields you want to appear in streams 
view can be configured in preferences with a bunch of check  boxes.

Along with ability to display allow user to select multiple streams and allow 
user to copy a value, increment an octet, or decrement an octet across the 
streams within a column that are selected.

What version and revision of the product are you using (available in the
About dialog)? On what operating system?

Windows: 0.5.1
